I mean , I think it's just cool because we started out in 2020 .

And you know , we did it only because we were like okay , there's crazy things happening in the world . Let's like empower people with the truth .

And let's make sure the programming stays empowering and people don't lose themselves to what's happening on the news or even on social media . It was like dark times .

Oh yeah , that was the beginning of the pandemic , of course .

So I was like , hey , let's be the light in this crazy ass storm . And now I feel like we have 2025 happening . And funny thing about 2025 , it starts with Wednesday , Thursday , Friday , which is also what the fuck WTF . And that was the same for 2020 .

So I do feel like this is going to be a very transformational year . It's year of the snake and it's a nine year . It's a wood snake , so it's like wood snakes are known for creativity and for being creative and getting rid of what no longer serves them . Snakes , of course , are good skin shedders .

Mike 3:42

That is correct . There's plenty of skin , or shed skin , around our property . Yes , yes .

Zuri 3:47

If you live anywhere near nature , you're going to have snakes , and snakes are great , yeah , and I would say that Year of the snake is also a nine year , and nine years tend to be very polarizing , but they bring new life into , they bring in new experiences and they regenerate and renew things .

So it's a positive agitator .

Zuri 4:18

It's a positive agitator , exactly , I love the way you said that .

So there's going to be some agitation , so look forward to the agitation , but it will lead to positive outcomes .

Exactly , and so a couple of the things that we're going to be doing that are a little bit different this year and on this season of the Empowerment Couple Podcast is we will be doing some solo episodes , mini episodes , and , mike , you want to talk about yours ?

Yes , mine is called Expansion Keys and it's really designed to help during the ongoing expansion process . We are always expanding . I'm not talking about size , I'm not talking about the waist .

Waistline always expanding .

Mike 5:41

I'm not talking about size . I'm not talking about the waist or anything like that . What we're talking about really is your awareness , the ability to mentally expand into new versions of yourself , and so these keys are really designed to help you along the way , kind of keep you motivated . The expansion process is really all about aligning your mind , body and soul to the version of you or the outcome of you that you are looking for . So the expansion keys really focuses on the mind , body , soul alignment , so that you can stay in the right lane until you get to your point of destination .

Yeah , and these are going to be bonus episodes . So Mike is just wanting to show up and serve love in a unique way and we are branding these as the Expansion Keys .

It's part of Mike's core foundational coaching , and these are free medicine , baby and tell me about what you got going on , and I'm going to be doing some solo podcast episodes as well , very short little minis , and mine are going to be very similar to what I do inside of coaching and they are going to be called serving love downloads . And part of what I do in my coaching practice is I have some intuitive abilities and I can visually see things . I get streams of consciousness and I have moments of clarity for my clients . I get these downloads and so I'm going to kind of treat the Empowered Posse as part of my clients and serve you downloads .

And as the recipient of a lot of these downloads , I can attest that when you have that connectivity to source energy , it's great because you are literally channeling any answers , any information that is necessary for that client . So it's pretty amazing what you can do .
